Cancellation Policy
If there's a no call no show you will be charged %100. If you choose to cancel your appointment you will be charged %50. If you're not able to make the appointment because illness, work, death in family etc. rescheduling online is a must.
For individuals who purchase packages, if missed more than a total of half of your total package without rescheduling yourself online, you will forfeit the rest of massages in your package. Continuing package deals after forfeiting the rest will take a full cycle of appointments before being able to receive another package.
